NANPA Testimony

NANPA will prepare, file and present oral and written testimony at no charge. Should the state require NANPA Witness(es) to attend the hearing in person, NANPA will require reimbursement for associated expenses (e.g., travel, lodging, meals, local transportation, etc.) for the witness(es) and legal counsel. If the state requires local counsel to represent the NANPA at state regulatory hearings, these costs will be passed along to the state.
