The state regulatory numbering contact lists for reclamation, safety valve requests, 30-day iVoIP notifications, and general numbering matters related to CO codes and thousands-blocks is available within the NANP Administration System (NAS) under the “Regulatory Contacts” tool.

To access the state regulatory numbering contact lists, you must be a registered NAS user and have "Thousands-Block/CO Code Resources” included in your Resource Subscription.
