Binder of Decisional Principles

A compilation of numbering rules, regulatory orders and industry agreements used by NANPA and other number administrators to guide their activities and provide a touchstone for dispute resolution. NANPA and other administrators, as appropriate, are expected to attempt to resolve disputes informally using the documents identified in the Binder of Decisional Principles.
